Previous Tips

Look, No Hands!

Skip Finger Foods. High fat hor d'oeuvres like cheese puffs, baby quiches, mozzarella sticks,
and the like are just too tempting. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE ARE FRESH VEGGIES,
FRUIT SLICES, AND SHRIMP!

Rotisserie Roulette
Self-basting poultry or "rotisserie style" prepared meals are usually absolutely loaded with extra fat.
Opt instead for the oven roasted varieties, which have nothing added, for the healthiest possible choice.

Eat apples!! Try 4 or 5 a day.
They contain pectin, a natural fat burner! (see "Ways to Kick a Plateau" below)

- Don't eat anything for three hours before going to sleep.
Not only will you consume less excess calories, you'll maximize your body's ability to release and utilize growth hormone.

-Eat your fruits and veggies!!! See information at the following web site from CyberDiet.Com
http://www.cyberdiet.com/reg/eat_right.html

- Don't eat dinner until you have done at least 20 minutes of exercise first. - Caitlin Shulte

- Never eat standing up. - Sit down to a meal at the table and enjoy it!

- Never skip a meal. - You will more than make up for it later (in extra calories) if you do!!
